How do Kidzone’s daycare fees work?

There are many types of funding programs available to help parents with the cost of child care. First you should know that Willow Daycare participates in the BC Governments Child Care Fee Reduction Program. This means that the fees you pay are reduced by up to $200 even if you do not qualify for any other funding program. Funding for The Child Care Fee Reduction is paid directly to child care providers.

There is also the Affordable Child Care Benefit that is available to parents and is based on income. Child Care Benefit amounts are paid directly to child care providers. To see how much you might qualify for follow the links below.

Children Kindergarten Aged –  $214 Full Time Spot.
This is the parent portion after the Child Care Fee Reduction of $200.

Children Grade 1 to 11 Years Old  – $298.50 Full Time Spot.
This is the parent portion after the Child Care Fee Reduction of $115.50.

Your parent portion may be reduced further depending on how much Affordable Child Care Benefit you qualify for.

Pro D Day, Spring Break and Winter Break
If you would like to have your child attend Kidzone during normal school hours on Pro D, Spring Break and Winter break days the extra charge is $19.30 per day.

Summer Break
The full time rate for Summer Break is $600 for Kindergarten spot (after fee reduction) and $684.50 for school age children grade 1 to age 11.
